Canoz

Calorie tracking on Apple Watch

Canoz puts your day on your wrist: the calories left, the macros still to go and your streak, without taking out your iPhone.

Your day at a glance

The watch app shows a ring with your calories left, the grams of protein, carbs and fat left, and your streak. When you reach your goal, the ring fills with a check; if you go past it, Canoz shows by how much in a calm gold, never as a warning.

Complications and widgets

Add a Canoz complication to your watch face. On iPhone, widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen show your calories left, and the Lock Screen shows the numbers only while your iPhone is unlocked.

Log from your wrist

With Canoz Premium, log a favorite or a recent meal again, confirming the calories first, or dictate a new meal. Your iPhone analyzes the description and the watch shows the result; nothing is logged until you tap Save. More in log by text or voice.

Without Premium

Logging from Apple Watch is part of Canoz Premium. On the watch, Open Canoz on iPhone takes you to the subscription options on your phone. On iPhone you can snap a meal as usual.
